Physical Broadway rush
Rush tickets without the sidewalk shift.
For shows with in-person rush, tickets go on sale when the box office opens — typically 10 AM Monday–Saturday and noon Sunday. A StandIn holds your place from early morning; you walk up and buy your own tickets at the window, with your own ID.
What we do and don't do.
We hold your place in the physical line. You buy the tickets yourself, in person, per the theater's rules — a ticket is never transferred to you. Digital lotteries happen online, so there is no line to hold and a StandIn can't help with them. And availability is always the theater's call: some days the rush exists, some days it doesn't.

The Outsiders at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre runs a $45 general rush, day of performance, on sale when the box office opens — 10 AM Monday–Saturday, noon Sunday — limit two per person, subject to daily availability. Worth it math.
A rush line can mean three hours on a sidewalk for a $49 ticket. If your Saturday morning is worth more than that, this is for you. If it's not, honestly, rush lines are kind of fun once. Once.
